Blistering set from Johnny Marr and band on Sunday 18 October at the Olympia Theatre, Dame Street, Dublin. Armed with his trusty Fender Jaguar he assaulted the crowd with tracks from his new solo album including Easy Money, Dynamo, Playland as well as Smiths favourites Panic, How Soon Is Now, Bigmouth Strikes Again, There is a light that never goes out, You Just Haven’t Earned It Yet, Baby, and great covers of The Primitives ‘Crash’ and Electronic’s ‘Getting Away With It’.

A Dublin based photographer. I photograph anything that grabs my attention preferably in natural light. I mainly photograph people and animals, be they pets or wildlife. I am interested in street photography also and usually carry a camera with me wherever I go, which usually pays off. I am a part time musician / songwriter and love to photograph other musicians particularly on stage in intimate venues. I find this makes for a particularly interesting challenge as you have little or no control over lighting in a live setting. Making the most of light is the key to a good photograph and knowing what and when to click of course. I have a small sample of photographs available on this site but you will also find more to view on my blog www.davedwyer.com, my instagram #mrdjdwyer and at https://www.flickr.com/photos/davedwyer I use a Nikon D5100 with various lenses and a Nikon P340. Thanks for stopping by and I appreciate if you share anything you like. View all posts by davedwyer.com
