Had a great trip to Clifden last year and took the Nikon with me around the hills of Connemara, there really is nowhere like it in the World.

“We can be heroes…”
The answer my friend…
One of my favourite watering holes in Galway is Murphy’s Bar, clearly I am not alone.
Started off the new year with a flying visit to Galway. Just had to stop off at O’ Connors Famous Bar in Salthill to sample the Guinness and a band called Four men and a Bass. Snapped the cousin when she wasn’t looking. Although, she swears she wasn’t checking in on Facebook…yeah right.
Back into the West last weekend to see the cousin and drove down the R336 from Galway City into Spiddal stopping off on route to take a few shots. With the sun holding out, we drove up the Moycullen Road, passing the house where The Waterboys recorded their ‘Fishermans Blues’ album and opposite Hughes Bar where many had a great session I’m sure. Oh if only I could have stayed a bit longer..
